We understand that sometimes an outfit might not feel quite right once it arrives, and we’re here to make the process easy and stress-free. Our Return & Refund Policy is designed with fairness and care so you can shop with complete confidence.

1. Our Simple Return Window

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to decide if it’s perfect for you. This gives you plenty of time to try it on, check the fit, and admire the details in natural light.

2. What Can Be Returned or Exchanged?

We happily accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Unused items with all tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • Unworn and unwashed garments
  • Items with no signs of wear, stains, or alterations

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

For hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Sale items (unless defective)
  • Custom-made or made-to-measure outfits
  • Jewelry, innerwear, or hygiene products
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

4. What to Do If Your Item Is Damaged or Incorrect?

We’re sorry if something arrives damaged, defective, or not as described! Please:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Send clear photos showing the issue
  • Keep all original packaging and tags

We’ll arrange a quick replacement or full refund once we review the details.

5. How to Start a Return or Exchange

It’s super easy! Just follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@rangeelawear.com with your order number and a quick note about why you’re returning/exchanging.
  2. We’ll send you a simple return label or instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or a strong box) and drop it off with the courier.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item (usually within 2–3 business days), we’ll process your refund or send the replacement.

6. Refunds – How & When You Get Your Money Back

  • Refunds go back to the original payment method (card, bank transfer, etc.).
  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after we receive and approve the return.
  • Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged product).

7. Exchange Process

If you’d like to exchange for a different size, color, or style:

  • We’ll send the new item as soon as we receive your return.
  • If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference; if less, we’ll refund the balance.

8. Important Notes

  • Return Shipping Costs: You cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
  • Customs for International Orders: Refunds may take longer due to customs processing.
  • No Cash on Delivery Refunds: COD orders are refunded via bank transfer only.
