1. Shipping Destinations
- Within Pakistan: We ship to all major cities and towns via trusted courier partners.
- International Shipping: We offer delivery to selected countries (USA, UK, Canada, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Australia, and more). Please check availability at checkout or contact us for your location.
2. Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- Your delivery address
- Order weight and size
- Selected shipping method
- Free Shipping: We offer FREE shipping on orders above PKR 15,000 within Pakistan (limited-time promotions may apply).
- International shipping charges are displayed at checkout and include basic handling fees. Customs duties/taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
- Processing time may be longer during peak seasons (Eid, weddings, festive sales) or public holidays – we’ll keep you updated!
- Custom or made-to-order items may take 7–14 business days to prepare.
4. Delivery Time Estimates
- Within Pakistan:
- Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.): 3–5 business days
- Other areas: 5–8 business days
- International:
- USA, UK, Canada, UAE: 7–15 business days
- Other countries: 10–20 business days
- These are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to courier schedules, customs clearance, or weather conditions.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS.
- Track your parcel directly on our website or through the courier’s portal (e.g., TCS, Leopard, or DHL).
- If you haven’t received your tracking info within 3 business days, just email us!
6. Important Notes
- Signature Required: For high-value orders, we may require a signature on delivery.
- Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. We declare the actual value of the items.
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
- Missing/Damaged Packages: Inspect your parcel upon arrival. Report any issues (damage, missing items) within 48 hours with photos – we’ll resolve it quickly!
7. Order Cancellation & Address Changes
- Orders can be canceled only before processing begins (usually within the first 24 hours).
- Address changes are possible if the order hasn’t shipped yet – contact us immediately.
8. Lost or Delayed Shipments
In rare cases of loss or extreme delay:
- We’ll work with the courier to investigate.
- If the parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll issue a full refund or resend the item (our choice).
